Take a Peek at my Week March 5th - 11th

It was soooo nice to be home this week and be able to take some time to relax and catch up with everyone. Despite continuing cold temperatures, things are bustling all over the farm. Egg production has begun again due to the slightly longer days, which is always so exciting! Bits of green are poking up through the dirt, heralding the arrival of the various perennial flowers, herbs and other plants we have around the house. 
Although the chilly weather kept us indoors for the most part this week, we enjoyed lots of delicious comfort food I cooked in my new kitchen, curling up watching a couple of good movies in front of the fire munching on popcorn, and dreaming about what to plant in this year's garden....and the chicks I want to hatch! Enjoy this peek at our week.
